Experiential Education

This method is used in several countries of the world. It is based on the development of a personality and his/her way of behaviour.
Hahn founded a school in Germany in 1920, called the Salem Schule, which worked on the basis of Experiental Learning. The main purpose is developing the individual using real life experiences.
Experiential Education has the same roots as Adventure Therapy.
There are several non profit organisations all over the world which work with the outdoor method in Canada, the USA, England, Germany and Austria.

In our everyday life it is rare to face situations like these where motivation guarantees success and helps to develop the personality of individuals and groups.
