Organisation of trainings
Indoor

The place of indoor trainings is provided in picturesque surroundings – at the foot of Mountain Bükk – in the four-star Szalajkaliget Hotel where the professional work is done with the help of strategic partners. We highly recommend that outdoor elements are included in the trainings, as there is usually a need for their development and it is the best method to refresh the group. We only exit the hotel and Nature lies at our feet…
The trainings are built up in a system of modules, but we always alter them according to the requirements of the group.

Outdoor

Why outdoor?
  • Because it is suitable for the development of most organisations
  • Because the results are fast and long-lasting
  • It is built upon the instinctive educating power of Nature
  • It touches the participants deeper than indoor trainings
  • It is based on direct experiences
  • The experiences can be applied to situations experienced in the company
  • The learning process is much more efficient when people are out of their comfort zone
  • It develops the basic skills and motivation needed to adapt to changes
  • Helps build self-acquaintance and better awareness of our team mates
The fast pace of life, the accession of the EU, the presence of multinational companies places a great demand on organisations; outdoor is a method that proves to be the appropriate method for fulfilling these demands. Bearing these changes without increasing our own creative energies and without the support of the group is rather difficult. The outdoor method helps the participants in unconventional situations, but copies their daily activities. They can experience what it feels like to be a defenceless client, what it is like, when there is nobody to direct a process, they can also experience their own responsibilities and thus their attention is driven from their own achievement to each other. This way their emphatic and cooperative skills as well as their willingness to take responsibility increase. The outdoor activities help create and improve teamwork. It can be used for the improvement of variable fields of life, such as communication, decision-making, creativity or problem-solving ability. Its greatest strength lies in the fact that they create reliance, understanding and the acceptance of individual differences inside the group. It is most important as the effectiveness of a group is defined according to the assimilation of individual skills and talents. Thus the achievement of the group depends on the reliance and cooperation created between the members, which can be formed with safe trials, where the mistakes do not mean serious loss only an opportunity for the participants to learn.
The outdoor method

One of the principles of the outdoor method is learning based on experience. According to this theory several ways lead to learning, but the true norms can only be achieved through our own experiences.
The first step is doing the task, the topic of learning, the second step means understanding, where time is needed to look back; the third step includes achieving that the experiences of the training can be applied in our everyday lives (this makes the training a training), while the fourth step – where the learning process does not end – helps remember what we have learnt so that they can be recalled in other situations.
On the basis of the information above it is clear, that the – rather intensive and constructive – experiences of, for example, an incentive adventure programme are only discussed. The abstraction and testing makes the programme useful for the company.

We organize our trainings according to the needs and abilities of the group, after prior agreement. Thorough preparation is of basic importance, as well as the follow-up after finishing the training. Adventure programmes for team spirit development

These programmes differ from simple outdoor programmes in a way that the main emphasis is on the experience and adventure. With the experience the team and its members get stronger.
These programmes can take only a few hours, half or a whole day as well as several days. All the tasks listed under the heading of the outdoor trainings can be used here.
We can modify the tasks regardless of the number of participants according to individual wish.

Incentive programmes:

Our special offer takes the participants to Austria. In our Dachstein programme we offer adventure programmes for several days. There is great opportunity to go rafting on Enns, Salzach or Gesause rivers, to climb the steep cliffs of Dachstein or to visit the special adventure park, take part in hikes or try canyoning. The evenings are spent with delicious meals made on an open fire with some beer or wine.
Our partner is the biggest Austrian outdoor company, called the Best Adventure Company with professional staff ensuring safety and vivid experiences.

Our winter incentive offer: snowy programmes in Austria, where skiing can be learnt or further developed with the help of professional ski instructors. Other funny activities are at hand, like building an igloo, learning about the pieps (a life-saving tool to sign avalanches).
